Effective June 8, 2026
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the Website Support Studio website or service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who we are
The Service is operated by Corriston Consulting, LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Florida, United States, with its principal place of business in Tampa, FL.
3. The service and engagements
Website Support Studio is a managed website operations and support service. The specific scope, deliverables, response expectations, fees, and term of a paid engagement are defined in a separate written service agreement, order form, or statement of work ("Service Agreement"). These Terms govern your general use of the website and Service; in the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for that engagement.
4. Customer responsibilities and acceptable use
You agree that you will:
- provide accurate information and the access required for us to perform requested work;
- hold the rights and permissions necessary for any content, credentials, or systems you submit to the desk;
- not submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or content you are not authorized to share;
- not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, to gain unauthorized access to any system, or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service;
- not attempt to circumvent the approval, security, or audit controls of the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
5. Approvals and authorized changes
The Service is built around a human approval gate: customer-facing changes are executed only after approval by an authorized approver. You are responsible for designating authorized approvers and for the decisions they make. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from changes you or your authorized approvers direct or approve.
6. Intellectual property
The Website Support Studio name, logo, brand, website, and platform — including its design, text, and software — are owned by Corriston Consulting, LLC and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your engagement. You retain ownership of the content and materials you provide to us; you grant us the rights necessary to use them to perform the Service.
7. Fees
Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are set out in your Service Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of the Service in accordance with the Service Agreement.
8. Third-party services and links
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, database, payment, and email providers) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms.
9. Service disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in a Service Agreement, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet any particular requirement unless expressly agreed in a Service Agreement. The website and any content on it are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice absent a signed engagement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corriston Consulting, LLC and its owners, personnel, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corriston Consulting, LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or your Service Agreement, or to protect the security or integrity of the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.
13. Your website, hosting, and cancellation
You own your website. The website we build for you — its content, design, and files — belongs to you, and so does your domain. You also own your own accounts, including Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager. We own only the Website Support Studio name, brand, platform, and internal tooling. Nothing in these Terms transfers your website or domain to us.
Hosting and support are a service we provide. While you are on a paid plan that includes hosting, we host your website and provide support, maintenance, and operations as a service. Your website and content remain yours; hosting is something we do for you, not ownership of your site.
Cancelling does not delete your website. You can cancel ongoing operations at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. If you cancel, you may either (1) move your website to another hosting provider, or (2) keep it online with us under a separate Hosting Only arrangement (contact us for current terms). On request, we will provide a reasonable export or migration package — a copy of your website files and content, plus reasonable help to transfer your site and point your domain elsewhere. We do not hold your website or domain hostage. If you do not continue hosting and do not migrate, we will give you reasonable notice before hosting ends, and you remain responsible for fees through your paid period.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
